Let's cooking Easy

Well, as first I want to suggest an easy Tomato Sauce to add to your pasta course. This should be the right salsa both in summer and in winter.

We need a pan for first, onion, basil leaves, olive oil, tomato sauce, salt or stock-cube. Let's put olive oil into the pan and leave it warm, then we have to join onion ring-cutted into the pan and blend it many times to avoid onion to burn and become too dark.

It's important to use mid-power gas or electric burner, onion must gently boil in the oil. When onion is golden-brown it's time to add tomato sauce in the pan, a bit of sugar to remove the natural sharpness of tomatoes, the add salt or stock-cube, I utilize this because gives more flavour to salsa, finally add well-cleaned basil leaves and let's cook sauce for 10-15 minutes, depending on the taste we want.

I didn't place amounts about ingredients, however I use 1 tin of tomato, 1 white or golden onion, 1 stock-cube for 2-3 peoples.
